Điểm cộng: Location is fairly decent, some snorkeling on the beach outside the hotel when high tide, a 10-15 minute walk from the main street with shops and restaurants. Quieter part of Gili Air. Loads of Scuba and Snorkeling shops along the beach which was good for our trip as we came for the water activities. Staff is friendly but unable to trouble shoot any problems (my AC wouldn't go cold enough and it was just shrugged off) they were kind enough to make us a non-meat breakfast and always asked how our day went, so hospitality was socially there, just not physically.

Điểm cộng: The staff are exceptional. Easy to rent snorkeling equipment and bikes right at the entrance of the villas. The beach is right there and the turtles are wonderful to watch. It's a perfect location, a little more quiet than the south end of the island, beautiful sunrises.

Điểm cộng: It was quiet and comfortable with hot water. The welcome juice was wonderful, we were served on our terrace breakfast everyday. They cleaned after 3 days as we were there for 5. Our bathroom faucet wouldn’t shut off so they replaced it with a new one the next day. A/C worked great and so did wifi. Also enjoyed having unlimited supply of drinking water in the large blue jug in our room. Snorkelling right out front and we rented bikes so we could get all over the island easily.

Điểm cộng: Clean, comfy and loved the pool and the fact that you can snorkel right out front of the property. We seen loads of fish and a turtle.

Điểm cộng: Location was great. Sea turtles right off shore and several decent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nice every morning and the pool was good.

Điểm cộng: Friendly staff, good simple breakfast. We liked the pool. Fantastic location on the calm side of the island close to a great snorkeling beach, many restaurants to choose from and lots of spas for massages as well as beach clubs. Good WiFi. Good value for money!

Điểm cộng: The room was spacious, with great décor and clean bed sheets. Everything was new and looked great because the new owner Simone had just remodeled my room. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options! All the staff are super attentive and especially Aloha is the best, he will make sure to help you with all of your questions, like transport, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is right in front of the turtle spot and I’ve seen turtles each time i went snorkeling. I also enjoyed the pool a lot. The rest of the property is calm and cosy and they have many spots to relax. You can also rent a bike if you want to go explore. I would definitely recommend going here for a relaxing and fun vacation on Gili Air.

Đánh giá: Would definitely return , really friendly hospitalable staff . Same about the building work at front , although they were very quiet and respectful considering . Once finished it will add more with beach assess and seating

Đánh giá: We kept on extending our stay as it was a great place and we didn’t want to leave Gili Air. The staff were amazing and it was a good place to just chill and relax

Đánh giá: Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was simple but clean. However, the bathroom really needs some updates. nBreakfast was freshly prepared, altough a bit on the small side. But there is an amazing restaurant right next to Alibaba.nnThe location is amazing as turtle point is right in front of the property. We saw so many of them during our stay.nAlso a great place for cat lovers, as the cutest kittens were playing around at that time.nnIn total, I would say you get your value for money.

Đánh giá: I would highly recommend Alibaba bungalows! Beautiful place, a lovely welcome drink, friendly and helpful staff 6/5*, nice bungalow with hot water, lovely pool for swimming in or else the beach less than a minute away. Great place!

Đánh giá: electricity kept cutting out, No hot water, No shower pressure, The next morning no water, Dirty sheets in middle of the night. Had to get them changed, Single bed didn’t even have a sheet , Dirty floor obviously hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest was here, Didn’t get the room we booked , Flush doesn’t work. No Wi-Fi. Only one plus the member of staff on site was helpful.
