Positive points: staff were amazing. rooms have a touch of opulence. thoughtful touches like free tooth brushes and such. love the key card power system. staff were super nice and helpful. the lady at front desk had great advice.
Negative points: noise travels fairly easily. I was consistently woken by loud people above me, people in the halls, and a freaking chicken lol the bathroom doors also have huge gaps so it's like you didn't even close it

Positive points: the staff is exceptional, attentive and helps and gives advice, security at the entrance is also very good and helps. the room was good too.
Negative points: I didnt like that the first window room i had was noisy, it was on main street, second one since i asked for another one was not noisy at all. And you also have some lights during the morning due to the sun light through window, probably better for a room without window if you dont wanna be disturbed by it..?

Negative points: the bed sheets had some yellow stains and a lot of ants in the room. at least the shower is decent so it's okay to stay for transit.

Review: Rating needs to be reviewed as there is no Restaurant hence there is no breakfast available and no fitness centre.Both these facilities have not operated since Covid.Full marks for quality rooms and cleanliness and one very helpful reception staff member

Staff member Huong was extremely friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond every time.
Negative points: Booking.com's deal has 1 free pick up from airport for 2 night stay. This is false. There is no such deal per Hotel's staff.
Review: Clean, friendly staff, great price
Positive points: Great location to the airport. Staff were lovely and easy to find food locally. Good street food and 711 near by.
Negative points: The bed was very hard. Could use a mattress topper for us soft overseas travellers not used to such a hard bed 😊 but great room otherwise.
Review: Budget hotel. Mattress is hard and the aircon have some noise at times which make sleeping difficult at night. Don't recommend for families unless you just want to sleepover at cheap cost!
Positive points: Close to airport, only stayed overnight to fly on next day.
Negative points: Room looking a bit tired. However clean and good for price.
