Good:
*Nice Location, 2minute walk to MRT Lumpini, opposite of new Biggest shopping mall ONE BANGKOK.
*The staff is wonderful friendly

*The breakfast need to improve since this is 5 star hotel.

I had a vacation with my family at the hotel for 5 nights, but to say it meets 5-star standards, I find it lacking.
• Pros: Spacious and comfortable rooms, a direct view of the city center, next to Lumphini Park, delicious dinner, the hotel is quite empty, so it is very quiet.
• Cons: Upon check-in, there were no staff to greet us at the door when we arrived, no welcome drinks, and no towels provided. The hotel’s amenities are rather basic, even though there is a pool and sauna. The front desk staff missed some of our information.
Overall rating: 6.75/10.
Review: I had a good experience here. The space is comfortable and clean. The staff is very attentive.
