A Kiệt Homestay

Review: Our group had a fantastic stay at this homestay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The garden was lovely, the rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were pristine. The location was pretty good, ensuring convenience for our activities. Overall, a highly recommended place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Positive points: Great location and great host! Made us feel right at home. Has laundry service, heat in the rooms. Ours had a huge window looking over the town. Perfect place to stay if driving the ha giang loop or if just there for some other reason. Great price also.

Review: The door to our room had a lock on the inside and outside. We got locked and trapped in our room because someone locked it from the outside during the night when we were asleep. We had to break the door to get out. There was no window it was like a sectioned off box in on the second floor. The hotel is part of a complex of a dozen or so home stays for tourists. Meaning there were loud parties going on into the night.

Review: Friendly host. My room was on the ground floor. Hot water was there for shower. I had a short and comfortable stay at the homestay.

Review: This place is not a home stay, no one lives there its more of a hostel. The rooms don’t have walls that go all the way up but rather a weird plastic window, so there’s no privacy and you can hear everything. The bed is really hard and uncomfortable, there is no window in the bathroom rather than a hole. There is a party hostel next door so there’s loud music. And to top it all of there was a fan in the room that you can’t turn off (we even asked the staff and they didn’t know how to turn it off) and it was COLD. All in all it was a horrible experience

Review: Was a beautiful place to stay in a little village of lots of homestays the views were amazing and the staff friendly think this place would be a great place to stay in the summer, but with no heater and thin wooden walls we did struggle to keep warm here on our stay in December.
